You can choose between one surf lesson or a pack of surf lessons (1 lesson= 35€, 3 lessons= 100€, 5 lessons= 150€, 10 lessons= 250€). The prices include all the equipment needed (such as surfboard and wetsuit), insurance and personalized instruction by certified instructors. The instructor will take into consideration your level and goals. You have the chance to take the advantage of a unique location since our school is surrounded by all the best spots in the area. Allow 2h30 for the activity.

Book your surf lesson with transfers included and do not worry. We will organize everything accordingly to your schedule. Allow 4h30 to 5h for the activity and the transfers. SURF LESSONS IN PENICHE, THE “WAVE CAPITAL”
At Kite Control, we have decided to partner with one of the oldest and best surf schools in Peniche, “Escola Surf Peniche”. Our goal is to offer good quality lessons to our clients. Peniche city is the Portuguese “Wave Capital”. Peniche is one of those rare regions in the world where you can be met by good surfing conditions almost every day of the year. The city was built on a rocky peninsula and is well known for its long sunny beaches, which are very popular for recreational activities and sports such as surfing, kitesurfing and bodyboarding. Wind or swell isn’t going to be a concern, trust us. This famous location will offer you a spot that will work on your favour regardless of wind or swell behaviour. The location features beaches around it that face every direction.
The advantages don’t end here, the area won’t discriminate you, whatever your skill level is. Summer time is perfect for beginners, featuring smaller waves at a considerable portion of the spots, while simultaneously providing bigger swells at others, mostly close to us at the lagoon. However, it doesn’t end here, as we have the world famous “Praia dos Supertubos”, the place where the Surf World Tour is hosted since 2009.
You really love watersports and you wish to visit the spot all year round? Don’t worry, the fall and winter offer great conditions for surfing. It will amaze you due to its bigger waves and the adrenaline pumped experience you can leave with, which leads to a lot of amazing surfers spending a time around here.
The Berlengas islands, which are part of the municipality, are located about 10 kilometres offshore and can easily be reached by ferryboat, and can be a bonus point in your stay. In the eighties, Peniche had its first surf boom regarding pure number of surfers and the overall surf business. The arrival of the Word Tour back in 2009, and the High Performance Centre in 2012, put the city on the map as one of the best surf spots in the world.
